LaceUp is an iOS app that lets runners import or build structured training plans and schedule them directly to Apple Watch as native guided workouts with pace and heart rate targets. Unlike subscription-based training services, your plan is a file you own — export it, share it, run it without a recurring fee.

Thyngs is an Amsterdam-based indie software studio. LaceUp is its first consumer product, built after its founder got injured following an algorithmically generated marathon plan that prescribed 12×400m repeats on the first day of recovery. Rather than switch apps, he built one.
Thyngs products are built on the principle that your data and your tools should belong to you — portable, exportable, and not held hostage behind recurring fees.
